What You'll Do:
As a Building Surveying Manager, you will lead a talented team, ensuring the highest standards of surveying practises. Your role will involve:

Overseeing building surveys and inspections
Managing a diverse range of projects
Providing expert advice to clients on property matters, including Party Wall and Boundary Agreements
Ensuring compliance with building regulations (Building Safety, CDM) and standards
Developing and implementing best practises for quality assurance
Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment

Who You Are:
Our client is looking for someone with a passion for building surveying and a knack for leadership If you possess the following skills, we want to hear from you:

A degree in Building Surveying or a related field
Relevant experience in Social Housing
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Relevant industry experience and a solid understanding of surveying practises
