Overview Associate Recruitment Consultant at TW Logistics – join our award‑winning education recruitment agency to help teachers and support staff across the UK. Responsibilities Take part in cold calling, business development, and full 360 recruitment. Build relationships with schools and recruit teachers for permanent and temporary roles. Use job boards, social media, and career events to find and place the best candidates. Work towards weekly targets and KPIs with the support of an experienced team. Conduct telephone, virtual, and face‑to‑face interviews with candidates. Qualifications Confident communicator and natural relationship builder. Goal‑oriented, driven, and eager to prove themselves. Problem‑solver with a positive, proactive attitude. Resilient, team‑focused, and open to feedback. Full UK driving licence holder (or actively learning). Recent graduate in a relevant field such as sports, drama, business, psychology, HR, or similar. Benefits Starting basic salary £25,250. Realistic 1st Year OTE £30,350k – top performers earn £100k+. Hybrid working with a modern city‑centre base and early finishes on Fridays. Uncapped commission earn from day one. Access to on‑site gym, extended lunch breaks, and annual company‑paid overseas conferences. Clear progression into senior and management roles. 2435 days holiday + bank holidays (plus birthday off).
