Join to apply for the Resident Experience Associate role at Scotsman Hospitality Hours: Full time (working until 8pm, with some weekends) About The Role We’re looking for a Resident Experience Associate to help deliver a standout experience for our student community at Space Student Accommodation. You’ll be based at the reception desk, creating a warm and engaging front‑of‑house experience for residents and visitors. Alongside managing parcels and serving customers as part of our retail offering, you’ll take a lead role in planning, organizing, and delivering a varied programme of resident social events that bring our community together. You’ll also support with in‑person and virtual room viewings, help keep shared spaces welcoming and well‑presented, and contribute to our social media and local marketing activity that strengthens our community feel. This is a varied, people‑focused role ideal for someone confident, organized and passionate about creating a great student living experience. Evening shifts (until 8pm) and occasional weekend work are required to support events and peak periods. What We’re Looking For Customer service or hospitality experience Friendly, reliable and confident in social settings Strong communicator with a hands‑on attitude Able to balance creative thinking with strong organization Comfortable working evenings and weekends when needed If you’re passionate about community, enjoy variety in your day and want to help shape the resident experience, we’d love to hear from you.
