About the Role Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can make a direct difference to peoples lives Our friendly team at The Trees Short Breaks in Hinckley are looking for a Care Services Team Leader to join our team (1 x 0 hours post). The Trees Short breaks is a purpose-built respite home in Hinckley providing respite care for adults with learning disability Autism Physical disabilities and Sensory impairments. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work as part of our team to provide person centred care. About You To apply for this post you must be able to meet all the following : Demonstrate a commitment to providing high quality care and support and maximising independence; Be responsive to meet the changing needs of a 24 / 7 service. Must be able to work flexibly and participate in a staff rota that incorporates working weekends and bank holidays; Have the ability to assist with the moving and handling of people using available equipment; Have a suitable level of experience in a supervisory or managerial position in a social care setting; Have the ability to analyse information to be able to reach defensible decisions (demonstrating the use of risk management tools); Demonstrate sound regulatory knowledge on the Fundamental Standards set by the Care Quality Commission. Ability to travel and work from various locations throughout the County and travel between sites as required. Wed also expect you to share our commitment to our values and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the interview process.
