Bar & Lounge Manager We are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Bar & Lounge Manager to join our esteemed team at Cliveden House. This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage our bar and lounge, ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests. We are looking for an individual with leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering excellence in beverage service. Bar Lounge Manager - About you Experience in leading a team or assisting in managing a team within a hospitality environment essentialA good understanding of current and future bar trendsAbility to take ownership of team training and development ensuring the best standards are providedConfidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleaguesA keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude Bar Lounge Manager Responsibilities Ensure the bar perform to expected 5 star standardManaging team hours through creation and management of rotas and by anticipating future businessConstantly seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests, leading by example to your teamUnderstand and develop the bar offering for the benefit of guests and team membersHave a constant awareness of business levels ensuring a 5 star service is provided at all timesKeep your team informed of any updates affecting the FB departmentDevelop Assistant Managers in their progression through leadership and trainingWork well as part of a team, treating others like family and proactively seek out ways to lend a handHave an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards What’s in it for you?
