The Role We’re looking for a Senior Life Practitioner to join our team at Tigh Calman, Peterborough. As a Senior Life Practitioner you’ll play a vital role in supporting adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independent, fulfilling lives. Your role will include: Support with day-to-day living and personal goals. Ac individuals on community activities such as shopping, meals, and appointments. Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and wellbeing. Work closely with colleagues to safeguard and empower the people we support.
