Key Responsibilities Deliver development consultancy services to housing associations, local authorities, and private sector partners. Support the acquisition and disposal of residential and mixed‑use development land, with a focus on affordable housing schemes. Contribute to strategic land promotion and valuation for long‑term housing delivery. Act as an agent for both buyers and sellers of development land, including identifying and securing development partners for strategic landowners. Engage with landowners and stakeholders to unlock new opportunities, with a strong emphasis on planning and policy alignment. Collaborate on feasibility studies, market analysis, and development appraisals to inform investment decisions and housing strategy. Build and nurture a network of contacts across the affordable housing ecosystem, including developers, planners, funders, and local government. About You Recently qualified (MRICS or equivalent) with a passion for housing‑led regeneration and social impact. Career mindset – this is a fantastic progressive opportunity within a global consultancy providing a clear route of progression to directorship. Strong understanding of planning processes and housing policy is desirable. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
