OverviewPosition: Mobile Maintenance ElectricianType: PermanentLocation: LiverpoolSalary: £36,700 PA plus overtime. On-call TBC.We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to join a team of mobile engineers in providing building services and plant room maintenance to key corporate estates across the Merseyside region.ResponsibilitiesCompleting building services / electrical maintenance across governmental facilities.Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems.Cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.Complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements.Respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service.Work on AHU's, fans, coil units and general HVAC plant room.Mechanical and fabric tasks where required.Compliance checks.Small works projects.Lead works providing guidance to resident maintenance personnel, client managers and sub-contractors.Provide guidance on compliance and scheduling of checks plus visibility of compliance records.Skills & QualificationsRecognised professional Electrical qualification, Level 3.Ideally electrical engineering / Qualified Electrician.Multiskilled background, ideally to have experience on general HVAC plant including AHU's, fan coils etc.18th edition.Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment.Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records.Able to clear security check and financial check.Driving license and willingness to operate on a mobile basis.Familiar with Facilities Management Sector.ApplicationIf you are interested in applying for this role please click the APPLY button now.Please note if you have not had a response within 5 days, then please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.PRS is an equal opportunities employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
