This is a permanent, part-time role, 30 hours per week, with shift flexibility—day, evening, weekend. Responsibilities Support the Replenishment Manager to ensure the warehouse, store fill levels and stock control are maintained for the best store standards delivered to customers. Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge. Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organised. Ensure all staff comply with our Health & Safety policies. Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements. Be passionate about delivering great customer service. Qualifications Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast‑paced retail environment. Strong organisational skills. The ability to think on your feet.
