JOB ROLE: Full class responsibilities including planning, teaching, and marking Deliver lessons in line with the National Curriculum Provide a positive and engaging learning environment for pupils in KS2 Track pupil progress and report accordingly Implement strong behaviour management strategies Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support pupil outcomes REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential Recent experience working as a Primary Teacher, KS2 Teacher, or Class Teacher Confident teaching across both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) Strong understanding of the National Curriculum Excellent behaviour management skills SATs experience Experience working in a Primary School setting Benefits: £125.00 to £135.00 per day which equates to £24,375 to £26,235 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year Holiday Pay - 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot Pension Contributions Free KCSIE compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training inclusive of modules relating to legislation, FGM and abuse Refer a Friend bonus scheme Regular contact throughout the registration process and once you are at work This Primary Teacher position is based in Malvern, easily commutable from Ledbury, Worcestershire, and Pershore.
