We need an experienced project manager, ideally with experience of Pensions Dashboard preparation, who can lead the Administration Workstream of the delivery project including the management of workflows between teams, resourcing and financial management, as well as supporting client discussions where needed. This role will be based within the Project Implementations Team and will work closely with both projects and BAU admin teams to deliver and provide reporting to the wider business. This role will support a team of project analysts and administrators collaborating with different areas of the business.This role can be based in any of our city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle.What does the role entail?Plan, lead, prioritise and manage the delivery of Pension Dashboard projects, informing pipeline and resourcing needsSupports the wider business to scope and plan for future project needs and deliverables.Adopts changes resulting from Regulation, Standards and Industry Guidance evolutionSupports the Project Implementations Manager to manage each project end to end.Act as a point of accountability for the successful delivery of projects within the portfolio and act as a point of escalation for the team delivering the projectsSupport the day to day activities of the team with technical oversight for complex pension requirements.Support the management of the Pensions Dashboard Programme including allocating projects and tasks, reviewing performance, providing internal communication, coaching identify training needs and provide line management supportAttendance at client and/or trustee meetings where requiredSupport the development and implementation of project delivery processes development and support continuous improvementSupport the development of project pricing and financial monitoringEnsure all projects adhere to quality assurance processes and meet quality assurance requirementsBuild and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersMaintain a view project delivery over the portfolioProvide problem solving solutions and remove barriers or blockers to successful deliveryIdentify and manage project delivery risksWhat we’re looking forExperience in a project management role in the financial services industry, ideally within pensions, knowledge of both defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemesPrevious experience in managing portfolios of projects or in managing a team of DB pension administrators - desirableExcellent knowledge of Pension data projects - desirableStrong technical pensions and legislative knowledge and understanding.Experience of Pensions Dashboard Projects (preferred)What you can expect in returnA competitive salary and market leading bonus scheme with stretch targets for high performanceStudy support to help you achieve professional qualifications, with salary increases for exam passesDevelopment and training opportunities to support your career ambitions throughout your time with usA friendly, and supportive team who will help you to deliver your best workYou can find out more about us and the benefits we offer here Isio – Careers & BenefitsWhat’s next?Click on the ‘apply’ and follow the simple application process on-line.At Isio, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable and diverse workplace, in which our colleagues feel they belong, regardless of background or difference.
