What you'll do:

  • Deliver outstanding nursing care: Be responsible for the whole patient experience, including clinical diagnosis and treatment, and provide the highest quality, person-centred care to our residents.
  • Build relationships: Develop positive connections with our residents, families, and carers and involve them in care planning, monitoring, and evaluating services.

  • Qualified Nurse with current NMC registration.

This role involves some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.

The hours you work will be flexible, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per year.

Due to the hours of the role, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role and therefore it is essential that you have the right to work in the UK before applying.
