Delivery Manager – Counter Fraud Compliance & Debt Work Programme Futureheads has partnered with a leading technology consultancy specialising in transformative digital solutions for the public sector. Working with government departments and public bodies, they deliver mission‑critical systems that protect public resources and maintain citizen trust. We are looking for a skilled Delivery Manager to drive a high‑impact Counter Fraud Compliance & Debt Work Programme. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high‑impact projects from inception through delivery, collaborating with government departments, law enforcement agencies and external providers to implement solutions that make a real difference in preventing fraud and ensuring compliance. What you’ll be doing: Leading delivery of Counter Fraud Compliance & Debt work programme initiatives across multiple concurrent projects Defining and validating requirements with business colleagues, often starting from scratch with information source access requirements and solution design Managing complex stakeholder engagement across Architecture, Security, Networks, Commercials, Finance and Digital Workplace Tech Services Collaborating with other government departments, law‑enforcement agencies and external providers Driving procurement, commercial negotiations and supplier‑management activities Identifying and removing project risks and blockers to maintain momentum and delivery pace Creating effective delivery plans that optimise speed to market, value and quality Applying appropriate project‑management methodologies and tools based on project needs Solving complex issues quickly and escalating when necessary, while capturing lessons learned Adapting to changing priorities and navigating complexity with agility About you: Proven experience delivering complex technical projects in the public sector or regulated environments Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams Expertise in multiple project‑management methodologies with the ability to select the right approach Demonstrated capability working with Architecture, Security, Networks and Commercial teams Experience with procurement, commercial management and supplier relationships Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify themes and drive continuous improvement Ability to work at pace on multiple concurrent deliverables without compromising quality Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and creating structure from undefined requirements Strong resilience and adaptability in fast‑changing, high‑pressure environments Experience engaging with government departments and law‑enforcement agencies (preferred) The details: Rate: Up to £467.50 per day (inside IR35) Location: Hybrid with flexibility for remote working Security clearance required We feel this role will attract strong interest, so if you do not have proven experience delivering complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders in the public sector or regulated environments, we ask that you not apply as we will not be able to provide feedback and your profile will not be considered.
