As a Supply Chain Data Services Analyst, you will develop and enhance operational, predictive, and forward-looking analytics tools that empower our global Supply Chain organization.How You Will ContributeReporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Data Services Enablement, you will:Support and enhance existing Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions.Analyze business requirements and design optimal BI and data solutions.Develop new analytical tools that enable point-of-use insights across the Supply Chain.Modernize and migrate legacy BI solutions to next-generation environments.Integrate AI-driven capabilities into analytics solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Line Management, Supply Management, Order Management, IT, and CRM to drive data-informed decisions.Serve as a trusted expert on BI tools, ensuring their effective use and continuous improvement.The Must HavesEducation: Bachelor’s degree (Honours preferred) in an IT-related discipline.Experience: Proven background in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, ideally within supply chain or operations.Technical Skills:Alteryx – Data model design, advanced workflows, and analytics (certification an advantage).Power BI – Visualization, DAX, data modeling, innovative dashboard design, and Power BI CoPilot (certification an advantage).SQL – Proficiency in ANSI SQL programming and query optimization.ERP Systems – Experience with Oracle EBS, Salesforce, or similar platforms.Understanding of Agile development methodologies.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to translate data into meaningful insights.Clear communicator with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.AssetsExperience with Google Looker or other analytics/reporting tools.Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.Familiarity with operations data in Order Management, Supply Management, Product Line Management, Inventory, or Services domains.Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.Demonstrated performance in:Analysis and problem-solvingChange management and adaptabilityCustomer focus and initiativeEffective organization and prioritization#LI-SG1Not ready to apply?
