Drive to various locations as required for outings or appointments, ensuring the safety of all passengers. Document progress and any changes in behaviour or circumstances accurately using IT systems. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to care and support. Qualifications Previous experience working with children is essential. Knowledge of childcare practices and principles is advantageous. Familiarity with creating and following care plans is beneficial. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively engage with children and their families. Proficiency in IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes is necessary.
