You’ll own the design and delivery of cloud-native services using containerisation, Infrastructure as Code, and serverless technologies – collaborating with software engineers, cloud architects and delivery leads.You’ll also contribute to growing the capability of your team – mentoring colleagues, driving Agile ceremonies, and helping shape standards across projects.CLOUD NATIVE ENGINEER – KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and implement secure, scalable solutions using AWS servicesBuild containerised applications and manage Kubernetes clustersDefine infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormationChampion DevOps principles including CI/CD and GitOpsCollaborate with stakeholders to align technical delivery with client needsMentor junior engineers and contribute to internal engineering communitiesEngage in Agile ceremonies and champion SCRUM best practicesContinuously upskill and support others on their AWS certification journeyCLOUD NATIVE ENGINEER – ESSENTIAL SKILLSStrong experience designing and deploying AWS-native solutionsHands-on with Kubernetes and container orchestrationDeep knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormationProficiency in at least one language – e.g. Python, Go or JavaDevOps mindset with experience in CI/CD and Agile deliveryComfortable engaging stakeholders and leading technical decisionsAWS certification (or actively pursuing one – training will be provided)TO BE CONSIDEREDPlease either apply through this advert or email me directly via lewis.hayward@searchability.com.
