This developer pride themselves on designing and building high-quality homes with a focus on detail and customer satisfaction. With a healthy pipeline of upcoming sites, they can offer excellent job security and a stable workload. They are seeking someone with proven residential experience who can work within a quality-driven environment, supporting the delivery of a range of bespoke private housing projects. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, detail-oriented and keen to grow their career with a supportive and expanding business. To be considered for the Architectural Technician position Previous experience as an Architectural Technician (or equivalent) within a housebuilding or residential design environment Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Good understanding of Building Regulations and NHBC standards Ability to produce and coordinate working drawings and technical information packages Degree or equivalent qualification in an architectural or technical discipline preferred Why Apply for the Architectural Technician role?
