Overview An opportunity has risen for a part-time enthusiastic and hard-working administrator to cover maternity leave for a year to work at Ealing Hospital. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the clinical Nutrition and Dietetic team. You must manage your own workload in part-time hours. Responsibilities Provide administrative support with recruitment and induction of all new team members to the department including dietetic students. Support the team with IT systems, booking, and managing appointment queries and ordering stationery. Maintain a patient appointment system; speak to patients and staff on the phone; work with databases and clinical systems. Other duties as required by the team. Qualifications and attributes Educated to GCSE level or equivalent; good working knowledge of MS Office. Attention to detail, good time management, and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Self-motivated, confident communicator, and able to be sensitive and empathetic to patients and staff needs. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
