You’ll set up continuous provision, run small-group activities, and provide focused 1:1 support. You’ll model routines, encourage language development, and keep brief observation notes to inform next steps.The CandidateYou’re a graduate with a warm, consistent approach and clear communication. You can follow guidance, use initiative, and engage young children through structured play. You’re organised, reliable, and keen to develop towards teacher training.RequirementsDegree – A 2:2 or above in any subject.Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.Desire to work in education/with children – Strong interest in EYFS and early child development.Experience working with children – Any relevant experience (nursery, mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential.The SchoolThis ‘Good’ primary in Wolverhampton offers a nurturing, well-resourced EYFS with strong teamwork and clear routines.
