What the role involves:

Monitoring progress and using assessment to inform planning and learning opportunities.

The ideal candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it.

Have a strong understanding of primary education, particularly in Key Stage 1.

Be committed to professional growth and willing to engage with continuous development.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and parents.

Be dedicated to promoting inclusion and ensuring every child makes progress from their starting point.
