You play a critical role in driving customer growth. You’ll combine deep product knowledge, customer-centric communication, and consultative selling to match customers with the right Splend solution—helping them succeed as rideshare drivers while contributing to our mission of making vehicle ownership more accessible and flexible.This role is ideal for a motivated and engaging individual who thrives in a retail environment and is passionate about helping people succeed.ResponsibilitiesEducating customers across our product suite and service offering and Splend's points of difference.Educating customers on the benefits and potential earning and lifestyle that on-demand driving can offer and how we can support their journey.Complete in person sales appointments and test drives.Perform customer onboarding appointments for vehicle collections.Work closely with the operation and depot teams to ensure we are maximising all sales potentials and placing focus on specific products where required to meet stock demands and business goals.Maintain an unwavering high level of customer service in line with Splend's values and passion for our customers.What you’ll bringYou’ll have excellent customer service skills (2+yrs experience is perfect).You'll ideally have experience working in a high-volume sales role.Be a highly effective communicator with the ability to work in a team and build rapport with customers from a variety of cultural backgrounds.Ability to persuasively present products, understand customer needs, handle objections, and close sales.Excellent time management skills.You're tech savvy and have ability to pick up new systems quickly.Eager to learn, grow and develop in a high growth scale up environment.Great customer service skills with a customer outcome driven focus and approach.Strong administrative capabilities.A current and valid full UK driver’s licenseComfortable commuting and working out of our Cricklewood HubAbility to work weekends as per rosterWhat we offerPerformance based bonusFlexible leave options, providing more time for rest & recoveryHealth and Wellbeing benefitsEmployee Assisted ProgramDedicated Learning & Development Platform to support Career growthHealth insurance and a monthly wellness allowanceSplend is a dynamic growth company with a shared vision for success.
