Salaried GP, Gloucester Health Access Centre Join to apply for the Salaried GP, Gloucester Health Access Centre role at G DOC LTD Job Summary We are looking for clinicians to join our practice in Gloucester. G DOC LTD offers GPs who enjoy working in a team environment the opportunity to join our Gloucester Health Access Centre (GHAC) practice operating in the centre of Gloucester. Sessions are available at GHAC and also at our Branch Surgery in Matson. Cover up to 43 hours per week, split over sessions per week. Highly flexible working tailored to your needs, balanced with patient requirements. Share on‑call duties across all GPs, guarantee finite patient contacts per day, excellent work‑life balance. BMA model contract. Closing date: 24th December 2025 Interview date: Early January 2026 (exact date to be confirmed). Main Duties (Responsibilities) Face‑to‑face consultations, video, telephone and e‑consultations; home visits; duty doctor; on‑call responsibilities; clinical administration; prescribing; correspondence. Act as Named GP for a share of registered patients proportionate to contracted hours. Contribute to delivery of QOF and enhanced services. Support management and development of the Primary Care Network; participate in PCN work. Assist in ensuring the practice remains safe and effective through clinical audit, learning from significant events and complaints; attend team meetings; contribute to safeguarding. Help provide a supportive working environment for clinicians, trainees and other employees; support colleagues’ learning and professional development. Comply with GDC Good Medical Practice and other standards for doctors. Ensure compliance with CQC requirements for primary care, including fundamental standards of care. We focus on continuity of care and practice teams, and provide county‑wide commissioned services to improve access and capacity.
