You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like In return, we use our automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van. Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays – on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.25 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime. Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months experience is desirable). Maximum of 6 penalty points. No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years. Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply. As this is a customer‑facing role, good communication skills are also essential. Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start Contract Details Contract type: Permanent Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks) Days: Any 5 days out of 7 working 8‑hour shifts Shifts: AM & PM. Start as early as 05:30, finish as late as 12:00. Shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance. Pay structure: Lunar paid – paid every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule.
