You will be trained on NHS Pathways systems, a recognisable licence that you will receive on completion of training. Assist a diverse range of patients, ensuring they receive appropriate care in a timely manner. Offer guidance and support to patients, and where appropriate guide patients across primary, secondary, and tertiary care services.Collaborate effectively within a compassionate and professional clinical team. Maintain accurate patient records ensuring a professional and empathetic approach is given to all calls.To be a successful Clinical Advisor you’ll need:Registered Adult Nurse (Sub-Part 1, NMC), Paramedic (HCPC), or Pharmacist (GPhC).Minimum 2 years post-registration experience with broad clinical knowledge.Experience working in a multi-professional clinical environment.Strong IT & communication skills, with a patient-first approach.Open to a new & exciting challenge enhancing your clinical skills.We understand that digital applications may not be suitable for everyone.
