Knowledge Requirements Computer literate, with substantial year experience of using a keyboard Knowledge of PAS and NHS in general RSA II or ECDL Qualifications - Academic/Craft/Professional Good general education with GCSE English at Grade C or above IHRIM or AMSPAR Further Training Knowledge and use of PAS Experience Substantial clerical experience Substantial customer care experience Contractual Requirements Regular attendance and willingness to work flexible hours as necessary Disclosure and Barring Service Check This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
