Randstad CPE is looking to onboard Site Managers in Berkshire to support residential new builds across the county. Job Details Job Title: Site Manager – New Build Residential Location: Reading / Bracknell, Berkshire (site-based) Pay: GBP 200.00 – GBP 250.00 per day Contract: Temporary About the Role You will manage a medium to large scale development, ensuring exceptional standards of quality, safety, and project delivery on high‑quality new build homes and communities across Berkshire. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site personnel. Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation, company policies, and quality control procedures. Manage the project build programme, monitoring progress against the timeline and budget, and proactively addressing any issues. Conduct regular site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections. Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and progress reports for the Project Manager/Contracts Manager. Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as a Site Manager on high‑volume residential new‑build housing or apartment schemes in the UK. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certification. Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, quality assurance processes, and construction methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
