Senior Developer (ServiceNow) Office location with Hybrid working: Hammersmith About the role and the Team We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and operating our high-quality ServiceNow implementation. This role requires a strong background in ServiceNow development, including the CSM and FSM modules. Experience with building event driven integrations with ServiceNow is desirable. As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative solutions, contributing to both the technical direction and hands‑on development of our ServiceNow ecosystem. What will you be doing? ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow so that it meets the business needs but also maintains good technical practices Feature Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to refine user stories into technical implementations Technical Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. Prefer using ServiceNow workflows rather than code changes Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of end‑to‑end solutions Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the adoption of new tools, technologies, and practices to improve the development process What we are looking for? Proven experience in software development Strong hands‑on background in configuring and developing within ServiceNow Practical experience setting up CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow Solid understanding of ServiceNow workflows Experience working with Hibernate and Spring - DESIRABLE Familiarity with containerised and cloud deployments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) - DESIRABLE Why work for us?
