Job Overview You will drive door‑to‑door sales, creating and nurturing your own lead pipeline, partnering with the line manager to showcase the unparalleled benefits of YouFibre, and building relationships within the local community and key stakeholders. Responsibilities Engage residents at their homes, promoting YouFibre’s competitive packages. Create and manage a personal lead pipeline, guiding prospects through to conversion. Collaborate closely with your line manager in specified areas to demonstrate the benefits of YouFibre and its services to residents. Build meaningful relationships within the local community and with key stakeholders. Essential Requirements Located within a 30‑minute drive of the job location. Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Valid right to work in the UK. Desired Attributes Passionate about providing top‑tier customer service. Driven and results‑oriented both individually and in a team. Excellent communication skills. Positive, enthusiastic attitude. Training & Safety Full training will be provided. This is a lone‑working role; you will use a designated lone‑worker app to ensure safety. Benefits & Perks Base salary £25k–£28k (DOE) per annum. Uncapped commission (OTE £50k).
