If you have previous experience leading a kitchen shift and love working in a fast‑paced environment, this could be the next great step for you. As a Kitchen Team Leader you’ll support the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen, guide the team during service, and help deliver consistently high‑quality food to our guests. Base Pay Range This range is provided by The Light. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
