Your responsibilities include: Planning, creating and reflecting upon engaging activities tailored to individual needs, ensuring development and milestone celebration Building and maintaining strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them involved in their child’s progress and fostering open communication Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, child welfare, protection and health and safety in every activity and interaction Collaborating with the team to create a positive, happy and safe environment where children feel secure, valued and inspired to learn Bringing creativity, energy and passion to each day, making learning a joyful adventure for the children Qualifications We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual ready to make a real difference in children’s lives. You’ll need: Full and relevant Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification (essential) Previous experience working with children, ideally as a nursery practitioner or recently qualified Apprentice Level 3 Passion for creating fun, engaging, and appropriate learning experiences Strong communication skills to build trust and meaningful relationships with children, parents and colleagues Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, child protection, early years legislation and health and safety Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with commitment to excellence in early years education Please note, due to our sector, all roles are subject to an Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid certification.
