Product Designer – Nourish Care Reporting To: Head of Design Location: Bournemouth – Hybrid working with occasional travel Salary: Competitive Job Type: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months – 37.5 hours a week Start Date: February About the Role Join our Product Design team as a key contributor. Working with our UX Researcher, you’ll build an understanding of user needs and behaviours, iteratively create solutions through wireframes, user flows and prototypes, and test prototypes with users. You’ll learn how to balance user needs with technical feasibility and play an important role in maintaining our design principles throughout our platform. Responsibilities Build an understanding of user needs and behaviours with guidance from the UX Researcher. Create wireframes, user flows and prototypes. Test prototypes with users, collect feedback and present findings to the team. Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to balance user needs with technical feasibility. Maintain design principles across the platform. Qualifications Solid understanding of user‑centred design principles and passion for research, visual design and information architecture. Strong skills in Figma and desire to learn our shared team tools. Excitement to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team. Interest in user research and willingness to turn feedback into user‑centred solutions. Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) in design. Basic understanding of design systems.
