Retail Driver – Oversee the count team of the pick-up points and timings for each shift. Responsibilities Escalate any vehicle issues promptly and efficiently. Complete a team attendance sheet detailing stock counters expected on the bus, attendance, and arrival time. Ensure stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner while on site. Stand for prolonged periods; use access equipment when necessary to reach high stock. Key Skills and Experience Required Experience with unsociable hours, early mornings, or night shifts (over 21 years old required). Full Driving Licence. Can-do attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts. Quick learner to adapt to evolving technology. Experience handling stock beneficial but not mandatory. Package and Benefits Wagestream benefit enabling up to 50% of wages pre-paid and financial advice. Eligibility for quarterly bonus (criteria applies). Vehicle provided: 8‑Seater Minibus. Driving time paid. Expenses paid. Progression opportunities. Generous holiday pay. Pension contribution. Salary £13.73 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.25 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay) Location and Working Hours Bradford – 8–10 hour stock count shifts with driving time paid and bonus.
