Event Planning Manager – CSP Ltd. What you will be doing as an Event Planning Manager Lead the strategic planning and execution of major events and projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organisational goals. Coordinate and schedule key meetings across internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project momentum and clarity. Maintain detailed oversight of project timelines, deliverables, and provide regular updates to the senior management team. Provide regular status updates to senior leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and opportunities for enhancement. Support post‑event evaluations and feedback collection to inform continuous improvement for future major projects. Deliver CAD and Inventis training to the wider Operations team, empowering them to independently produce their Event Management Plans. Represent CSP in providing professional consultancy documentation for key event operations. What we need from you as an Event Planning Manager at CSP Knowledge and experience of the events or comparable industries from a planning and design perspective. Experience leading major project planning, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities. Experience of CAD technology; and excellent IT skills – strong in the Microsoft package. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Possession of a full UK Driving License. What CSP can offer you as an Event Planning Manager 37.5 hour working week – with occasional weekend working, as required operationally.
