Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a talented and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team across Hull Royal and Castle Hill Hospital. As a Pharmacy Technician in one of Rowlands hospital branches you will be given extensive and specialist training as well as gaining exposure to the hospital pharmacy environment. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increasing to 29 days with length of service) GPhC fees paid Company pension scheme Life assurance Market leading employee discounts programme including a range of big name retailers Access to MediCash, allowing you to reclaim money on a wide range of medical services Cutting-edge finance management app to control your salary as you see fit Annual Christmas bonus Key Responsibilities Deliver courteous and effective customer service Carry out all dispensing activities under the supervision of a pharmacist Develop positive working relationships with healthcare professionals Assist in the development of other staff members where appropriate Deliver appropriate healthcare advice and signpost where necessary Ensure that all Essential/Enhanced/Advanced Services are successfully promoted and carried out in accordance with Company SOPs Assist and participate in healthy living events where necessary Assist in the sale of medicines and other merchandise when required In the absence of a manager, take on additional responsibilities as a registered professional Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dispensary Perform date checking and cleaning in accordance with company SOPs and ensure adequate records are maintained Receive, store, maintain, and issue stock in accordance with Company SOPs Follow shrinkage procedures and use DSRS where appropriate What We Require NVQ level 3 – Pharmacy Technician GPhC registration Up-to-date knowledge of all statutory regulations Ability to accurately handle medicines Ability to prioritise workload Self-motivation and the ability to take the initiative Ability to work to deadlines Contact Details Rowlands PharmacyTel: 01928 750500Contact: Karl RowlandsEmail: krowlands@phoenixmedical.co.uk #J-18808-Ljbffr
