Role Description We’re looking for a hands‑on and visionary SAP S/4HANA Cloud Product Manager to take ownership of Fineline’s global ERP platform. This role is key in driving the continuous evolution of our digital backbone ensuring SAP S/4HANA Cloud supports our business strategy, operational excellence, and global scalability. Job Responsibilities Product Ownership & Vision Define and drive the strategic roadmap for SAP S/4HANA Cloud as Fineline’s core ERP platform, ensuring it aligns with our global business objectives and digital transformation goals. Stakeholder Management Collaborate closely with CDO, CPO, CIO, IT, aligning functionality with business needs, and translate strategy into actionable product initiatives. Oversee enhancement requests, system improvements, and innovation cycles to continuously increase efficiency, usability, and business value. Governance & Standards Define and maintain global ERP governance, ensuring process consistency, data integrity, and alignment across all entities. Release & Change Management Manage product lifecycle activities, including version updates, testing coordination, and communication around changes. Integration & Ecosystem Ensure seamless integration of SAP with surrounding systems (CRM, logistics, finance, etc.) and maintain a holistic system view. Performance Monitoring & Feedback Track adoption, KPIs, and business impact of ERP capabilities; gather user feedback and translate insights into roadmap improvements. What We’re Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of experience as an SAP Product Manager. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud architecture, processes, and modules. Proven ability to define and execute a product roadmap within a global organization. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across business and IT functions. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
