About the Company

Our client is a specialist in delivering high-quality retail projects across the UK. With a strong

reputation for reliability and excellence, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical

Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical

services on retail projects.

You’ll be managing from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring projects are completed

safely, on time and to budget.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing mechanical packages on fast-track retail projects

- Leading project planning, programming and progress reporting

- Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring quality workmanship

- Controlling project budgets and costs

- Managing health & safety on site

- Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams

- Producing handover documentation and ensuring compliance

About You

To be successful, you should have:

- A proven background as a Mechanical Project Manager in building services

- Experience delivering mechanical works on retail or fast-track fit-out projects

- Strong technical knowledge across HVAC, plumbing and associated systems

- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills

- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- A full UK driving licence
