We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils in their learning, development, and wellbeing, while working alongside experienced teachers and specialists. You will be working at a vibrant and inclusive special school for children and young people aged 2 to 19 with complex learning difficulties and disabilities. Your Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with their learning across a range of subjects and activities. Help create a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.Assist with personal care and support needs, where required. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure each child receives the best possible education and care. Build trusting relationships with pupils and help them develop confidence, communication, and independence skills. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Kind, patient, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs. A great team player with strong communication skills.
