You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.Responsibilities:Manage a caseload of patients on the wards, providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care.Conduct medication reviews and ensure accurate dispensing of medications.Provide expert advice on drug therapy.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services.Provide dispensary support as needed, ensuring efficient medication management and patient safety.Qualifications and Experience:Registered Pharmacist with GPHC.Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in pharmacotherapy.Minimum of 1 year post-registration experience in a clinical ward setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.Experience with dispensary support is desirable.Why work with Pulse?From the moment you register with us, our focus is entirely on you.
