As the Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education for young children. You will be responsible for the overall management of the nursery, leading the team by example, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow, will liaise with the Directors and work closely with your management team.Key Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and nursery policiesImplement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to enhance children's learning and developmentRecruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing teamCommunicate effectively with parents and guardians, building strong relationships to support children's individual needsEnsure robust safeguarding practices are in place to protect children's welfarePromote an engaging, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore and discoverWe are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, organized, and possesses strong leadership qualities.
