They’re looking to bring in a dedicated Application Support Lead Engineer, the first permanent hire in this space, to take true ownership of their internal applications and shape how support is delivered moving forward. This is a non Dev role, and it’s perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys problem-solving, stability, and making processes better. What You’ll Be Doing ✅ Owning and coordinating day-to-day application support ✅ Becoming the go-to expert for core business applications (high level, not coding) ✅ Driving root-cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues ✅ Raising and presenting improvement initiatives for approval ✅ Supporting and coordinating the Change Advisory Board (CAB) ✅ Working closely with projects to minimise disruption and keep things running smoothly This isn’t a reactive “reset passwords all day” position, it’s a role with real visibility, accountability and impact.
