Primary Tasks and Responsibilities Following daily PE tasks (daily progress meeting, daily reporting, MCC calls, double checking dive plans, assisting with logistics and any other vessel needs) Prepare, revise, and approve technical documentation for project design phases, ensuring adherence to standards, guidelines, and best practices. Monitor and control costs during project execution. Plan and execute all assigned tasks on time, safely, efficiently, reliably, and cost-effectively. Manage vendors and contractors onsite, analyze potential risks, and recommend actions to mitigate issues related to construction (EHS, manpower, logistics). Monitor installation processes Experience and Qualifications +7 years of experience in Project Engineering in a marine environment. In-depth understanding of dredging operations and vessel management. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices related to marine and civil engineering. Non-Technical Profile Requirements Extensive experience in project management, particularly in dredging and vessel projects. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy. Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations. Methodology/Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering Marine Engineering or related field.
