Support Worker - Lyndale (HR1) Company: Accomplish Group Location: Lyndale, Hereford (HR1) Salary: £13.20 - £13.90 per hour Shift patterns: 07:00-14:00, 14:00-21:00, 07:00-21:00 About the Service Welcome to Lyndale, a Hereford-based residential service catering to individuals with Mental Health Needs, Learning Disabilities, and Autism. The service accommodates up to 10 adults, delivering personalised support tailored to individual needs. It is a 5‑minute walk from the train station. We encourage independence and provide activities such as cinema, seaside trips, lunch out, shopping, and appointments. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day support and routine of the people we support. Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life. Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests. Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication. Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping. Assisting with personal care as required. Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking. Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support. Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development. Qualifications & Requirements Dependent on qualifications. Must be over the age of 18.
