More About Your Role Set up and manage a range of sustainable Healthy Communities projects and programmes that deliver measurable impact, focusing on tackling health inequalities within a local contract area. Complete monitoring and evaluation tasks requested by the line manager, in line with data protection protocols. Deliver specific healthy community projects or programmes—such as Exercise Referral, gym‑based classes, or falls prevention—according to parameters agreed with the line manager. More About You Qualified instructor in a relevant discipline to deliver sessions independently. Level 2 Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology / Personal Training, and Level 3 Exercise Referral Qualifications. BACPR Instructor Qualification is desirable. Experienced in planning, delivering and monitoring sessions. Passion for improving the health of the local community. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
