Your Mission

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless processes and maximum efficiency
  • Lead multiple office sites in collaboration with regional management, aligning them with strategic business goals

  • Drive business growth, operational strategy, and performance improvements

What you bring

  • 10+ years in senior operational leadership (Board-level preferred)
  • Expertise in managing multi-site operations and driving business strategy
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in managing shared services / business support functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and IT functions
  • Professional services sector experience is essential
