Ensure residents receive required care or support in accordance with their Care Plan and their presentation of care need. Complete daily records and any other required/delegated documentation. Supervise work of Senior Care Assistants, Care Assistants, and Care Supervisors effectively. Maintain a neat and tidy home environment. Plan staff breaks and appropriate allocations. Carry out routine clinical observations and procedures such as recording weights, temperatures, blood pressures, st care, blood glucose levels, SATS, and urine analysis.
