As a Team Leader you will be supporting a team of care workers and overseeing client care on a daily basis. This can range from doing spot checks to ensure great quality care, to sitting down with a client over a cup of tea discussing how the care package is working for them and supporting any changes that might need making. You will also be responsible for the staff rota and will work closely with senior managers and nurses.Our Team Leaders are lucky enough to get the best of both worlds, they still have lots of regular interaction with the clients while also developing their careers in management.
