Manage a team of Organisational Change Managers. Partner with a specific business area to deliver the change portfolio. Collaborate closely with people partnering and business teams. Provide consultancy and subject‑matter expertise. Drive innovation and change within our team. Lead and motivate a team effectively. Specialist HR Knowledge: Experience in implementing TUPEs and acquisitions, good knowledge of employment law and unions. Organisational Design: Proficient in aligning organisational design with business transformation objectives to ensure seamless implementation. Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguous situations and navigate uncertainty with ease. Stakeholder Management: Comfortable working with challenging Executive‑level colleagues, operating at pace and delivering in demanding environments. Portfolio Management: Experienced in developing and managing complex plans to achieve deliverables and business outcomes. Prioritisation & Resilience: Proactively anticipate business needs and prioritise tasks accordingly. Coaching & Performance Management: Skilled in coaching team members and managing their performance to achieve high standards. Innovation & Growth Mindset: Passionate about driving innovation and fostering a growth mindset within the team. Learning Agility: Ability to quickly absorb new information, critically evaluate a broad range of issues, and comfortably move from topic to topic. Creative Problem‑Solving: Out‑of‑the‑box thinking and continuous‑improvement focus, with the ability to shape complex solutions to meet business needs. Proactive Anticipation: Ability to anticipate needs, issues, and risks, and take appropriate action. Data Competency: Comfort handling data and tracking core commercial metrics.
