Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to cost goods, compare supplier quotes, and maintain accurate records.
Raise and track purchase orders, ensuring all details are precise and up to date.
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport partners to manage imports and deliveries smoothly.
Support bespoke customer orders, coordinating with suppliers to meet requirements and timelines effectively.
Work alongside the Accounts Department on supplier invoices and payments.
Review supplier documents such as test reports and certifications.
Assist with general purchasing administration to keep operations running smoothly.
Maintain organised files, spreadsheets, and systems to ensure efficiency.What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
Clear and confident communication skills.
Good computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, and general office software).
