What you'll be doing Identify new prospects, decision makers and tender dates, using own research and proactive outbound call and national/regional campaigns. Handle and potentially reorganise new leads and client meetings. Provide professional support and advice through review meetings, ensuring high levels of service and exceeding client expectations, maximizing cross‑sell opportunities. Maintain relationship management with key clients through review meetings and other communication. Manage time and resources effectively to maximise client visits cost‑effectively. What you'll need to have Confidence and capability in communicating, managing relationships and building rapport with clients face‑to‑face. Tenacious, positive and proactive attitude to new challenges and opportunities. Motivated, deadline‑driven and enthusiastic about meeting and exceeding targets. Effective communication with team members, working closely and flexibly. Ability to work in a regulated, compliant and client‑focused environment.
