About The Role As a Valet Supervisor, you’ll support the branch manager, ensure deliveries and collections are handled efficiently, organise staff rotas, and manage material ordering. You will help keep the branch running smoothly and promote excellent customer service across the front of house. Day-to-Day Duties Organise daily deliveries and collections as efficiently as possible Work with the branch manager to keep everything running smoothly Promote great customer service throughout the branch Encourage excellent communication between staff and management Carry out regular stock control of valeting materials and order new stock as needed Liaise with internal and external organisations Ensure valet bays are kept tidy and staff follow health and safety regulations Organise staff rotas to ensure shifts are covered Essential Skills Great communication skills and a friendly professional approach High levels of organisation and attention to detail Ability to work well on your own initiative and as part of a team Motivation to get staff to reach targets Understanding of the importance of excellent customer service A full UK driving licence Flexibility to cover extra hours when required Our Culture Arnold Clark is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
